Enjoy this small batch extra virgin olive oil from California. This Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a delicious aroma and luxuriant flavors. With a strong cut grass aroma, it is moderately bitter and has very little pungency. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
DISCLAIMER: Unlike our regular Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils, because this is only available in limited quantities, it is cost prohibitive for us to do our own independent testing. We do have the Certificate of Analysis available which was provided to us by the producer.
